My name is Assuanta Howard and I work with experienced decision makers across sectors. Executives, business owners, and senior leaders who are done leading through performance and ready to lead with presence.
As Assistant Dean of Business Services and Executive Director of a nationally recognized entrepreneurship program, I’ve spent over 25 years helping leaders navigate responsibility, influence, and high-pressure decision-making. My work spans entrepreneurs, executives, and cross-functional leaders who are looked to for answers and expected to deliver—often without the space to lead in a way that reflects who they are.
What I’ve seen across roles and industries is consistent. Even the most capable leaders second-guess their judgment, filter their voice, and perform to meet unclear expectations. That disconnect doesn’t just limit their impact. It disconnects them from themselves.
